(ITEM 2) 12 each Pen-Link, Ltd. Software Package, Pen-Link Version 6.0, Single User, for Windows 95. Items are urgently required. Software packages indicated above are standardized packages for end user law enforcement activities. Bidders are requested to submit bids for these software packages only in order to meet end user standardized requirements. The Government will make an award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offers conforms to the solicitation contained herein and offers the best overall pricing for the needed items.
