NOTICE: This requirement was previously advertised as a total one
hundred per cent small business set-aside but no award was made. It is
now being re-released as an unrestricted procurement. The Defense
Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) has a requirement to support the DTRA
Arms Control Verification Technology Programs Strategic and
Conventional in their conduct of treaty verification technology Arms
Control Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) Programs.
This specific effort covers the system requirements portion of the
Inspection Aids and Tools Assessment Program (IATA). This work is
intended to be performed in conjunction with other treaty verification
technology development. The objective of this assessment is to
identify and analyze new technologies and developmental concepts in the
commercial market that could be used to train inspectors, enhance
inspection procedures, and supplement existing and future monitoring
systems and verifications techniques. ATTENTION: This announcement isto
notify all potential bidders that this solicitation will be issued via
the DTRA home page on the world wide web on the Internet. As a result,
there will be no formal bidders list maintained for this Request for
Proposal (RFP). All supplemental information will be provided to
