The Defense Information Technology Conracting Organization (DITCO)/DTS12 intends to procure, on a sole source basis, local telephone service for Camp David, Maryland. The intended contractor, Bell Atlantic -- Maryland, Inc., shall provide the following services: (1) commercial trunks and commercial business lines for common user dial service within the local exchange area; (2) inter/intra-exchange channel/mileage from the base to various off-premise locations throughout the local exchange area. The period of performance shall be 060 months from the date of contract award. The primary place of performance will be Camp David, Maryland.
