This is a combined synopsis/solicitation of commercial items prepared IAW FAR 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only request for quotation for overhaul of a Cummins generator engine, model #KTA-2300-6S/6C (Engine Serial #311281126). Replace components that are damaged or outside of acceptable tolerances. All required replacement parts will be new and original equipment manufacture. Work to be performed by Cummins factory certified mechanics. Unit to be load tested full rated load for a minimum of 8 hrs by means of a portable load bank. Test results should be documented hourly during load testing. Parts warranted for 1 year, labor 90 days. Upon contract award work will commence within 14 days.
