The Structure includes reinforced concrete, structural steel, concrete masonry, brick, metal deck, steel joists, metal roofing, sealants, carpentry, paint, aluminum doors, wood doors, aluminum windows, acoustic ceilings, resilient floors, carpet, plumbing, HVAC, gas piping, interior electric and all other related work. Magnitude of the project is estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Duration of the project is estimated at 540 calendar days. THIS IS AN UNRESTRICTED PROCUREMENT. SIC 1542 applies.
