Work entails demolition, removal and disposal of existing towers after construction/full operation of new light towers including concrete foundation. Orote Point is at the western-most tip of the island and is located within the U. S. Naval Station and near Apra Outer Harbor. Ritidian point is at the northern-most tip of the island and is located within the boundaries of Andersen Air Force Base. All work is to be completed within 120 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is issued under and the resulting contract awarded under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (PL 100-656). The construction range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Only faxed or written requests for bid packages are acceptable.
