Anderson, 614.257.5520 or 614.257.5524 The successfull contractor shall provide all necessary supplies, materials, labor, equipment and site supervision and management to renovate at 840 Bethesda Drive, Building #3A, Zanesville, OH. The construction consists of but is not limiited to, selective demolition, metal fabrication, rough and finish carpentry, insulation, glass and glazing, removing and installing drywall, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc. All work will be in accordance with drawings and specifications. The estimated value of this procurement is $250,000 to $500,000. Construction must be completed within 60 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is a small-business set-aside, the applicable SIC is 1542, the size standard is $17.0 million annual receipts. There is a $25.00 non-refundable charge for construction drawings and the solicitation package.
