This is an unrestricted solicitation subject to the evaluation criteria contained in DFARS 252.219-7008. Estimated cost range: $100,000 to $250,000. SIC: 1623 (Water, Sewer, Pipeline, and Communications and Power Line Construction). Bidders interested in obtaining plans and specifications for this project must submit their request with a company check, Certified Cashier's Check, or Money Order in the amount of $15.00 to Defense Automated Printing Service (DAPS), Box 40, Building 83, Naval Submarine Base New London, Groton, CT 06349-5040. Each Check must be made payable to the U.S. Treasury and annotated with the applicable solicitation number. Two sets of plans and specifications will be sent via First Class U.S. Mail upon availability to those contractors who have rendered payment.
