The standard industrial classification code is 9411 and the small business size standard is 18M. The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to procure, on a competetive basis, a non-personal service necessary to provide a DANTES Test Administrator/Assistant Education Advisor to provide advisement/testing to military personnel, programs to include: CCAF (Community College of the Air Force), TA (Tuition Assistance) and general educational counseling/DANTES, ECI and other proctored testing.
