This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) 99QS053. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97.8. This is a small business set-aside. The standard industrial classification code is 9411 and the small business size standard is 18M. The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to procure, on a competitive basis, a non-personal service necessary to provide a Professional Military Education Advisor/Test Administrator, to provide advisement/testing to military personnel at the Pentagon/GSU's and Bolling GSU's Education Services Office, programs to include: Air War College, Air Command and Staff College, Squadron Office School, and general ECI Testing. Contractors interested must be Air University certified. This contract will be for the length of one fiscal year from 1 Nov 98 through 30 Sep 99.
