The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to procure, on a potential Sole Source basis, a non-personal service necessary to provide Automated Air Force Tuition Assistance Program Systems Manager to provide program management including developmental programming, advisement, training and problem solving in the continued development of AAFTAP. Services will be provided to the Bolling AFB/Pentagon Educational Services Office. This contract will be for the length of one fiscal year -- from 1 Nov 98 through 30 Sep 99.
