The number of parks and copies will increase the second year. The primary audience for these products is Little Rock District park visitors engaged in camping, fishing, picnicking, hiking, etc. The offeror must be knowledgeable about printing and design, have the ability to ship the finished product to the individual parks, and be able to sell appropriate advertising to cover the cost of the product.
