This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) 99QS056. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97.8. This is a small business set-aside. The standard industrial classification code is 8221 and the small business size standard is 18M. The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to procure, on a potential Sole Source basis, a non-personal service necessary to provide a series of eighty (80) Basic Computer Courses. The courses must meet the criteria of the Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) and institution must have an articulation agreement in place with CCAF in order to qualify. The courses and subject must meet accreditation criteria of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools/Commission on Colleges (SACS-CC) as noted in the Accredited Institutions -- -publication, by the American Council of Education.
