On a sole source basis to Martin-Baker Aircraft (MBA) Company, LTD of Higher Denham, Middlesex, England, the Naval Air Systems Command intends to procure a sequencer for the NACES utilizing Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) components, including system integration, qualification testing and technical data. MBA is the designer, developer, integrator and sole manufacturer of the NACES and is the only known source possessing the requisite experience, and technical expertise capable of supporting fleet requirements within the limited time constraints of the Navy.
