34 -- COST PER COPY (CPC) AWARD FOR COLOR LAZER COPIER WITH COMPUTER INTERFACE POC Ms. Patricia K. The equipment shall meet or exceed the following specifications: 1) minimum speed 6 copy per minute (cpm), not to exceed 69 cpm; 2) no less than 4 color capability; 3) 25%to400% with 1% zoom range; 4) automatic feed and duplexing with recirculating/reversing document feeder; 5) 20 bin auto sorter; 6) up to 75lb cover model/card stock; 7) image editing board for colors; 8) sheet paper deck with manual 50 sheet by-pass, 11" x 17" to 5.5" x 8.5" copy capability; 9) copier must be equipped with computer interface system (ability to connect to a computer for processing of projects), must be IBM compatible to include Windows Intel, Network 10-100, and ethernet TC/IP, a color pass system/RIP shall be included, must be able to work on pages up to 11" x 17"; and 10) 35MM slide projector, film scanner. The maximum number of copies is to be 550,000 per period and the guaranteed minimum number of copies is 200,000 per period. The award shall be for a base period which shall cover Fiscal Year 99 plus two additional option periods of 12 months each. Under the CPC award, the Contractor shall furnish the equipment with necessary accessories to meet minimum specifications, maintenance of the equipment, and all consumable supplies, except paper, transparencies, and staples.
