Provide all material, labor, equipment, and supervision required for the A/E design of Project No. 622-99-102, Upgrade Secondary Switchgear/Distribution System at the Alvin C. York VA Medical Center, Murfreesboro, Tennessee. This project will correct the medical center's electrical deficiencies and support additional space expected in the future. Design work is to include site investigation, design development, preparation of working drawings, estimates, and contract specifications. Electrical design discipline is required. Evaluation criteria will be as follows: 1) Specialized experience of the firm with the type of work required. 2) Capacity of the firm to perform the work within the time limitations. 3) Past record of performance on contracts with Government agencies. 4) Familiar with the area in which the project is located. 5) Geographic location and facilities of the working office. 6)Area of consideration of this project is within the State of Tennessee.
