Respondents should keep in mind this is not a solicitation for proposals but a part of our market research efforts to gauge the degree of interest and extent of competition in the marketplace. VACA intends to prepare, at a later date, a formal solicitation for release to the public to support the renewal of a contract currently being performed for this organization.
