The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) plans to award a Purchase Order with AASHTO for two (2) major conferences entitled, "National Quality Initiative" (NQI) and other associated meetings in conjuntion with other AASHTO meetings. It is very essential that AASHTO does all of the pre-conference planning and on-site conference management in order to plan both large conferences simultaneously. Because the NQI conference is part of the Annual AASHTO Meeting, no other known source can provide all of the conference logistics needed for their conference.
