This contract is for the maintenance, review and distribution of extensive, detailed procedures and documentation relating to the Submarine Combat System and Submarine Weapon System (consisting of: weapons, launching and controlling subsystems, auxiliary subsystems, equipment supporting weapon handling, ) for all U.S. Navy operational submarines. The estimated Level of Effort is 16,000 hours for the base year, with two one-year options.
