Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with the City of Seattle to provide portion of single mode fiber optic cables. The City of Seattle (the City) is the lead procurement agency responsible for purchasing and installing fiber optic cables in downtown Seattle. The fiber optic cable is part of a new network which various governmental agencies are also tapping into. Since the City is acting as lead agency, no other sources are able to provide this service.
