All forklifts must be towable, have air tires, diesel engine, safety canopy, reverse backing bell and seat belts. Tire repair as need during this contract is to be included. Maintenance and repairs service shall commence at time of physical delivery to the end of the time specified. Contractor shall provide at no cost to NPWC replacement equipment when the leased equipment requires maintenance or repairs.
