The contractor shall furnish all labor and materials to fabricate component parts and assemble the vacuum envelope of the magnetron NSN 5960-000523-9752. As a minimum, the cathode shall be replaced. The Government will remove the tuner assemblies and provide failed mangetrons to the contractor for repair. First Article Testing will be required. Inspection and acceptance shall be FOB destination NAVSURFWARCENDIV Crane, IN. Delivery of 3 each first article units shall be within 495 days after contract award.
