VON access to the Federal Government FTS long distance network is required. Service will include up to three DSI circuits, 1.544 Mbps, with ISDN PRI signaling, and each DSI circuit must provide up to 23 digital trunks (B channels) on each DS1 circuit, to include DID and DOD. These circuits will connect to the Court's Lucent Technology, Definity PBX telephone system located in a GSA owned/operated building at the above address.
