The services are to be provided on-site at the Defense Distribution Center, New Cumberland, PA. Period of Performance will be for twelve months from date of award. The Program Goals and Mission of the Teen Program is to provide supervised out-of-school options that reflect the teens' interests, reinforce character values and reduce mission conflicts with parental responsibilities. The Teen Service Director will be required to produce documentation supporting qualifications and education. Qualifications include: A four-year course in an accredited college or university with a major study in one or more appropriate fields of recreation; or three years of experience demonstrating a knowledge of the goals, principles, methods, and techniques of recreation and interest in motivation of individuals and groups of youth, equivalent to that gained through education; or any equivalent combination of these, provided each year of education has included nine semester hours appropriate to the general field of recreation, or adolescent growth and development.
