The Presidio Trust is a wholly-owned Federal Corporation established by Congress (Public Law 104-333) to manage eighty percent of the land within the Presidio of San Francisco -- a part of the National Park Service. The selected firm will provide services to manage and maintain the Presidio Trust property to a commercial industry standard for similar product types. The portfolio to be managed includes approximately 30 leases, primarily office users, located in a variety of buildings types. Project scope includes tenant relations and lease management, financial management and reporting, and coordination of building maintenance. Selection criteria include: 1) property management experience in similar properties; 2) past record of performance; 3) quality of sample financial and operational reports; 4) team composition and experience; 5) overall quality of submittal; and 6) reasonableness of fee schedule. The contract term is one year with four one year options, exercisable at the discretion of the Trust.
