The Presidio Trust is a wholly-owned Federal Corporation established by Congress (Public Law 104-333) to manage eighty percent of the land within the Presidio of San Francisco -- a part of the National Park Service. The selected firm(s) will provide interdisciplinary planning and design services on a task order basis to refine and build upon the 1994 General Management Plan for the Presidio Trust. Project scopes could range from broad planning analysis and site planning to preparation of design documents for implementation. Selection criteria include: 1) specialized experience applicable to project; 2) past record of performance; 3) team composition and technical competence; 4) management experience; 5) overall quality of submittal; and 6) reasonableness of fee schedule. The contract term is one year with four one year options, exercisableat the discretion of the Trust.
