MODIFICATION TO AN EXISTING CONTRACT FOR ARCHITECT/ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE FEDERAL DETENTION CENTER IN BROOKLYN, NEW YORK The Federal Bureau of Prisons is modifying Contract JX00c-001, Urbahn Associates, Inc. to provide Architect/Engineer Services for a period of eighteen months to complete the construction of the Federal Detention Center located in Brooklyn, New York. Required services will include site/building surveys, geotechnical investigations, study models, architectural, engineering, constructibility analyses of the alternatives, new and renovation cost studies, hazardous waste removal costs, tenant relocation costs, design and construction documents for selected alternatives and construction observation and administration services during construction.
