This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) N00102-99-R-2025. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in Federal Acquisition Circular 97-06, Part 12. The associated standard industrial classification code is 7011. The small business size standard is $5,000,000.00. An estimated 1 (one) lot of rooms will be required in support of Engineers located at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard for the following estimated dates: 11/01/98 through 06/30/99. An estimated total number of room days is 4840. Estimated check out date will be 07/01/99. All rooms must be "efficiency" units to include an oven w/cooktop, pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware, glassware, etc. All rooms require a microwave and refrigerator.
