The Government is seeking potential offerors for the Discoverer II -- Global Precision Surveillance Prototype Demonstration Program. See previous CBD announcements dated 29 Sep 98 and 16 Oct 98. All potential prime contractors are requested to submit in writing their relevant company information to the contracting officer for the purposes of publishing a source list on the Discoverer II home page.
