The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking potential sources for a High-end Graphic and Output Device Maintenance agreement and a High-end Graphic and Computer Equipment Service agreement. Part 1 -- High-End Graphic Equipment and Output Device Maintenance Agreement The following equipment requires a service maintenance agreement for the period of 12 months after date of award. All maintenance shall be performed on site at the Denver Federal Center, Denver, Colorado. MGI Solitaire 35mm film recorder Oxberry 35mm bulk load film back * Image Director Imaging Station to include: P200 Rip Station P100 Spooler Station Support for Novel Network and Image Director Software System Integration Software Upgrades as required Encad NovaJet Pro 50 Color Poster Plotter including Network Interface Support Kodak XL7700 Dye Sublimation Color Printer including all parts excluding drum. * The image director imaging system supports output from Corel, adobe photoshop, autographicx, windows draw, Harvard graphics, AutoCAD, and other assorted software packages used by the visual presentations group. If any of the equipment covered in the maintenance portion of this contract is replaced, the service maintenance agreement shall be modified to reflect non-support of the old equipment for the remainder of this contract. Maintenance shall be on an as needed basis and shall include all parts, labor, and travel to the site. The contractor shall provide monthly preventive maintenance to be coordinated with technical representative. The contractor shall provide on-call maintenance for all equipment listed to include 1 hour telephone support for each item and on-site maintenance within 4 hours of receipt of a request from the contracting officer or authorized technical representative. All maintenance shall be performed by qualified technicians. Maintenance shall be performed Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time excluding holidays. Part 2 -- High-End Graphic and Computer Equipment Service Agreement The following graphic equipment requires a service agreement for the period of 12 months after date of award. Dual Pentium Pro200 Graphic Stations (4) including: 128 Mb RAM 64 Bit Graphic Accelerator 4 Gb Hard Drive 16 Bit Sound Card 4x Internal CD Recorder Network Support Software Support Dual Pentium Pro200 Graphic Stations (2) including: 128 Mb RAM FAST Video Capture Card 9 Gb SCSI Hard Drive 32 Bit Sound Card 4x Internal Multi Session CD Recorder Network Support Software Support Pentium P133 graphic station (1) including: 128 Mb RAM ATI ISA Graphic Card 2.1 Gb Hard Drive 4x Internal CD Recorder Pentium II based editorial stations (9) Pentium based editorial stations (12) These stations have no special requirements as far as memory, hard disk size, graphic and sound cards, and CD's. The contractor shall provide for on-call maintenance for all equipment listed to include one hour telephone support for each item and on-site maintenance within 4 hours of receipt of a request from the authorized contracting officer or technical representative.
