Contractor does filing, archiving and maintaining files as well as maintenance of the File Maintenance Tracking System (FMTS). Contractor is responsible for entering and editing data into the DITCO on-line system and processing status action messages. This requirement will be competitive small business set aside. The Request for Proposal will be issued on or about 29 Oct 98 without further notice.
