A -- OMNIBUS 2000 READING ROOM A reading room containing two copies of current actions that are to be covered by the Omnibus 2000 requirement is being set up at the Redstone Scientific Information Center (RSIC), Building 4484 on Redstone Arsenal. Reading Room Hours: 0830-1130 and 1230-1530, Monday through Thursday except Federal holidays. Access to the reading room is limited to U.S. citizens representing wholly U.S. owned companies holding or able to obtain valid U.S. facility clearances. Prior to scheduling an appointment contractors must provide on letterhead a fax representing that they meet this requirement. The fax number is 256-876-6000.
