Contractor must be able to provide a minimum of 24 hours switch-over time after award. This will be a one-year purchase order (1 Oct 98 -- 30 Sep 99) with three option years (1 Oct 99 -- 30 Sep 00) and (1 Oct 00 -- 30 Sep 01) and (1 Oct 01 -- 30 Sep 02).
