Snow removal will be along the Crest Highway in areas to open parking spaces for winter use. Approximately 134,000 SF. Parking areas include: 1) Doc Long Entrance Parking Lot 2) Tree Spring Trail Head 3) Balsam Glade upper parking lot 4) Ellis Trail Head 5) Sandia Crest middle and upper parking lot and 6) 10K Trailhead (currently under construction). This contract will be awarded for a base year with two option years. The base contract will run through April 1999. Option years will run from November through April each year.
