The Government will make a determination in selecting a single vendor deemed as offering the best overal value in technical requirements and price. Award will result in a requirements type contract with an established fixed price. The total contract price will have a monetary ceiling limit. The Government anticipates recurring task order requirements but cannot predeterine the precise quantities of training sessions needed. The contract will also include two one-year option periods.
