Work to be performed for 53 counties in the State of Georgia. Each offeror must hold in its name and Interstate Commerce Commission operating authority as a carrier or a license as a broker to cover services in interstate commerce, in addition to a Georgia public Service Commission Certificate for intrastate operations. This requirement as been determined to meet the specifications of a Commercial End Item as it is described in part 12 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). This is an Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery Firm Fixed Price Requirements Contract with one base year and two (one) year option periods.
