The commercial item is a 48- by 60-foot (approximately 3,000 square feet) modular classroom building. The modular building shall include 2 offices, 2 restrooms, 1 computer laboratory, 2 classrooms, and a general meeting room. The contractor shall design, fabricate, transport, and set up the building in a layout similar to the solicitation drawings. Delivery and setup of the building shall be adjacent to the Water Quality Improvement Center of the Yuma Desalting Plant, 7301 Calle Agua Salada, 85364, in Yuma, Yuma County, Arizona. The delivery date of the modular classroom building shall be by March 1, 1999. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 2452. The estimated issuance date of this RFQ is November 4, 1998.
