This announcement constitues the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The statndard industrial classification code is 2899. The solicitation is for the procurement of an estimated 2000 tons of bulk sodium chloride. Orders will made via telephone request. Delivery hours are 7:00 am to 2:00 pm Monday through Friday. Delivery must be made within 1-5 days after receipt of order. The road salt shall be delivered to the National Park Service, Parkway Maintenance Facility, 2700 George Washington Memorial Parkway, Arlington, Virginia.
