NASA/LaRC plans to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Study Entitled: Systems Analysis and Technology Requirements for an Advanced Spaceborne Microwave Radiometer. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. See Note 26. The SIC Code and Size Standard are 8731 and 500 employees, respectively, The DPAS Rating for this procurement is DO-C9. The anticipated release date of RFQ 1-168-DIH.1464 is on or about October 29, 1998, with an anticipated quote due date of on or about November 16, 1998.
