Department of Defense, Office of Economic Adjustment (OEA), has a
requirement to develop market analysis and implementation strategy for
the development of the surplus land at the Rocky Mountain Arsenal
(RMA), located in Adams County, Colorado. In developing a refined
composite community reuse plan map for RMA surplus land, the successful
contractor shall undertake the following tasks: Review of pertinent
legislation, plans, and environmental documentation; Identify economic
development trends in the greater Denver, Colorado region with
emphasis on Commerce City, its real estate development assets,
opportunities, and constraints; Analyze the Market Potential of Land;
and Develop a refined Community Reuse Plan Implementation. A Firm-Fixed
Price type purchase order is contemplated. The estimated dollar value
of this requirement is not expected to exceed $50,000.00. This notice
is not a request for competitive proposals, NO AWARD is intended on the
basis of any response to this advertisement. This requirement is set
aside 100% for small business entities. All interested parties, wishing
