In developing a refined composite community reuse plan map for RMA surplus land, the successful contractor shall undertake the following tasks: Review of pertinent legislation, plans, and environmental documentation; Identify economic development trends in the greater Denver, Colorado region with emphasis on Commerce City, its real estate development assets, opportunities, and constraints; Analyze the Market Potential of Land; and Develop a refined Community Reuse Plan Implementation.
