Gallagher (215) 697-9601 The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Philadelphia intends to issue a solicitation for a cost plus fixed fee indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract for engineering and technical services for NAVSHIPSO Philadelphia, PA. These services, for the execution of NAVSEA and Fleet-sponsored maintenance programs, include the modification of shipboard equipment and systems on all classes of Navy ships. This work may apply to all shipboard systems, including, but not limited to, habitability, propulsion, electrical, auxiliary and electronics systems. The contractor shall provide technical services for all phases of work including planning, material procurement, installation, testing and maintenance and operator training of the various shipboard systems. This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR 6.1. A twelve-month base period (comprised of 144,000 hours) and two twelve-month option periods (each comprised of 144,000 hours) are contemplated.
