C -- A-E INDEFINITE DELEIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY POC Dan Bullock (208) 422-4601 Indefinite Delivery contract for multi-disciplinary A-E Services for the Idaho National Guard. The total fee for this contract may not exceed $3,000,000. with individual Delivery Orders not to exceed $300,000. The estimated start date is May 1999. The performance period is one year with one additional year at the option of the government. This acquisition will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract involving Type "A" Investigative Services, Type "B" Design Services and Type "C" Inspection Services. Work is expected to include, but not limited to, architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, structural, geo-technical and environmental. Firms having the capability to design project requiring the disciplines listed are invited to submit SF 254 (Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire). Firms responding to this announcement within 30 calendar days of this notice will be considered. Selection of the firm will be based on the following criteria; (1) Professional qualifications necessary for satisfactory performance of the required services; (2) Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required, including where appropriate, experience in energy conservation, pollution prevention, waste reduction and the use of recovered materials; (3) capacity to accomplish work in the required time; (4) Past performance on contracts with government agencies and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work, and compliance with performance schedules; (5) Location in the general geographical area of the project and knowledge of the locality of the project, provided that application of this criterion leaves an appropriate number of qualified firms, given the nature and size of the project; (6) Acceptability under other appropriate evaluation criteria.
