Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA), Arkansas has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, material and transportation for services as a Family Service Officer (FSO) responsible for coordinating Directservices, administration, evaluation and training efforts of the following programs at PBA: Relocation, Spouse Employment, Information and Refferral and Financial Assistance. The FSO will be required to provide information briefings to the Command and soldiers; assess special needs of the military families residing on the installation at PPA; as well as, plan and deliver instructional/classes/group sessions to assist individuals and couples in improfing their quality of life at PBA.
