Charge requires all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials,
equipment, transportation, and management necessary to provide services
on multi-utility construction projects including maintenance of sewage
collection, steam, fresh water, salt water and natural gas
distribution systems and any incidental related work. The work
identified to be accomplished by means of Indefinite Delivery
Requirements type contract. The contract term shall be for a period of
one year. The Government shall have the option to extend the term of
the contract services for additional periods of one to twelve months.
The total contract term, including exercise of any options shall not
exceed 36 months. The proposed procurement listed herein is not set
aside for small business concerns. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED.
Plans and specifications will be made available on or about 6 July
1998. Estimated Bid Opening Date is 6 August 1998. Submit requests for
