The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC) requires maintenance and support of Structural Dynamics Research Corporation (SDRC) software. Support of the software is required to run the standard flight test analysis programs for the F-22 test program. The system will be used to convert performance data to standard day conditions, calculate derived parameters, fast Fourier transforms, and flutter analysis. The Air Force intends to negotiate with and award a sole source contract to Structural Dynamics Research Corporation unless responses to this synopsis reveal other sources capable of satisfying the requirement. SDRC is the only known responsible source to satisfy the agency requirement and has proprietary rights to this software. Interested contractors must submit clear and convincing literature and pricing that fully demonstrates their capability to meet the requirement. Responses for the solicitation which fail to provide the required capability demonstration will not be acknowledged.
