The USDA, Rural Development, has a requirement for a possible multiple contract for legal and related services to include title search update, in connection with each assigned case to complete the foreclosure, obtain and enforce the deficiency and/or other judgment(s) obtained as part of the judicial foreclosure process, if applicable, sue for, obtain and enforce the property; and/or recover possession of Government-owned property, and act for USDA in bankruptcy procedures as directed. In order to submit a proposal, the contractor must be licensed for foreclosure and bankruptcy in the State of Ohio. The areas of state covered by this contract are Northern Ohio Counties and Southern Ohio Counties. A detailed map of the areas will be provided with the Solicitation. The period of performance will be a base year starting February 1, 1999, with four options years.
