The U.S. Department of State, Foreign Service Institute (FSI), is soliciting bids for professional services to deliver a SIX-DAY course entitled "Deputy Chiefs of Mission/Principal Officers Seminar (PT-102) . The course will be held at a location within two hours driving time of Washington. The central focus of the seminar is the development/refinement of leadership and management skills needed for effective performance at DCMs and Pos. The participants (25 maximum) are foreign and civil service officers. The awardee will be a member of a four-person training team, and expected to facilitate one of the three outdoor teams. Multiple awards will be issued. The contract will "Subject to the Availability of Funding".
