The U.S. Department of State, Foreign Service Institute (FSI), is soliciting bids for professional services to deliver a two (2) eleven-day courses entitled (PT-119) Foreign Affairs Leadership Seminar . The course is to be held at a location within two hours driving time of Washington. The central focus of the seminar is the development of leadership skills necessary for effective performance at senior levels of the Department. The participants (24 maximum) are foreign and civil service managers at the GS-15/SES, FS-01/OC grade levels. The awardee will be a member of a four-person training team, and expected to facilitate one of the three outdoor teams. Multiple awards will be issued.
