This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The requirement is as follows: CLIN 0001 is for Identicard F46-RSCLIP Strap-Clip for identification badges. Strap is mylar (cloudy), 2.75 inches long, .5 inch wide, female snap .75 inch from end, male snap 1.25 inch from female snap, with attached clip. Quotes shall include costs for all strap-clips to be shipped to the Bureau of the Census, National Processing Center, Jeffersonville, Indiana, 47132. Census requires delivery of 422K each by 10-DEC-1998. Census requires delivery of 229Keach by 05-JAN-1999 (K=1,000). This is an indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery with estimated maximum requirement of 5,500,000 strap-clips over a period from initial requirement through 30-DEC-2000.
