This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement contract will be for : 23 sets of high quality dormitory furniture, maple veneers; maple and select hardware solids from the Young American Collection of Stanley Furniture or equal. Each set includes a Captains Bed, twin size; a night stand -2 drawer (23W x 16D x 25H); a 4 drawer chest (38W x 18D x 46H); a computer desk -3 drawer (54W x 18D x 30H); a computer hutch-3 shelves with light (54W x 14D x 47H); a keyboard package to be used with computer desk ; a desk chair-Cottage Treasures, suede color (17W x 15D x 18H); Diamond twin, American mattress or equal; and a night stand light with bulb. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall beconsidered by the agency. Award to be based on quality, attractiveness and utility of the furnishings as well as price. All sets of furnishings shall blend in with the same product line to ensure everything matches.
